Automatic Repeal Mechanism

With this mechanism, parties assign 100 points to their election platform at their convenience. If the newly elected government does not keep its election promises in the first year of its term, worth 85 points (specified for that period), it is given a warning. If in the second year of its term it still has not fulfilled them, it should resign and call new elections.

A "Commitment Monitoring Commission" made up of citizens chosen by draw will be in charge of supervising, through a transparent process and according to specific legislation, the interpretation and correct evaluation in every case.

Commitment Monitoring Councils

The Commitment Monitoring Councils (CMC) will be monitoring institutions made up of citizens chosen by draw. They will be in charge of:
1. Establish a verdict on the promises that has been kept until this moment, those which has not, and those whose application is unclear and need to be submitted to a deeper evaluation due to the presence of contradictions or the lack of information concerning its application.
